Nothing can rain on a lovely day of boating like someone peeing from a bridge. Cops in Berlin are apparently on the look out for a freelance whizzer who showered his goodness down onto the freaked-out passengers of a tour boat. There was a low clearance on the bridge, and when some tourist stood up and reacted some nailed their heads on it…four even had to be taken to the hospital for cuts.
