Jack White has announced his first official live solo date in three years, which will take place at the Governor's Ball festival in New York City on the weekend of June 1st through the 3rd. White is one of the headliners for the event, Although he has yet to confirm more shows, the Governors Ball announcement is just the latest in a series of rumblings hinting at an imminent return to action for White. He told Billboard in November 2017 that his next solo album was "practically done," previously describing it as "good gardening music or roofing music or, you know, back-alley stabbing music.”

Legend Of The Seagullmen, the new band featuring Tool drummer Danny Carey and Mastodon guitarist Brent Hinds, made its live debut at Primus‘ annual New Years Eve show in Oakland, California this past Sunday (December 31st). Hinds was unable to make the show due to a family emergency. The band’s self-titled debut album will arrive on February 9th

Dan Reynolds is ready to make a believer out of you. The Imagine Dragons frontman is the subject of a new documentary film, Believer, that will have its world premiere at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival, and will debut this summer on HBO. The film chronicles Reynolds exploring his Mormon faith and how the church treats members of its LGBTQ members. It also focuses on the suicide rate in the community, which has skyrocketed in the last decade.
