WWE boss VINCE MCMAHON is bringing back his failed football league, the XFL, in 2020. He promises faster, shorter games, fewer gimmicks, and no social or political stances. Also, players can't have a criminal record . . . not even a DUI. Sorry, JOHNNY MANZIEL.
