STOP TAKING PHOTOS TO REMEMBER VACATION BETTER-- DO THIS INSTEAD

It's very popular to post photos of beautiful destinations on social media, but if you really want to remember your trip you'll want to try drawing the place rather than simply taking a photo. Oxford University researchers studied 2,000 adults and found more than 50 percent suffer from 'Digital Amnesia'-- or forget things because they rely on smart phones or other devices to 'store memories' for them.

Also, when you take a photo only the sense of sight it typically simulated. Drawing, on the other hand, activates up to three plus senses: sight, touch, sound, and 'proprioception,' or position sense. Using more than one sense allows the brain to solidify the memory, therefore making it more likely to be moved into long-term memory.
