How To Know If You’re Whipping The Weasel Too Much

Since that first day as a young teenager, every man out there knows the power of “touching where it feels good.” From that point on, there’s just no stopping us, and those who deny it are lying. By the time he’s wearing his big-boy pants, he’s gotten into a pretty strong routine with it, whether it’s once-a-week or twice-a-day.

In a survey of 2,500 30-39-year-old men, they found 27% of them do it once each week to a couple times a month. If you’re more than that, however, sex addiction specialist Dan Drake says you shouldn’t worry too much about it. It’s only a “problem” if the rest of your everyday life is affected by it. Here are some warnings signs to identify if “punching the clown” too much is a problem for you.

  • Injury – If you’re chaffing the skin or even building up scar tissue, you might wanna give the guy a break…or, at the very least, improve your lube situation.
  • Your Job – If that meeting can wait because you need to visit the little boys’ room at work you could have an issue. Even worse, if your Friday night with the guys isn’t as preferable to a date-night with yourself.
  • Sex Life – Too much solo hand action can train your body to react with “that way” exclusively. If that’s the only way the job can get done, then you should consider taking a break and getting some help. That just isn’t healthy mentally.
  • You Think About It – If your lunch break or daydreams routinely consist of your favorite scenes on Red Tube, or your ride home takes a short lifetime because of the treat your going to give yourself at home, it might be time for an intervention.

There’s help, however. Like any other habit you want to kick, you have to discipline yourself. If you can’t go “cold jerky,” then set yourself limits like once at a certain time at night per month…or week…or day…depending on your circumstance. Moderation and control keeps things glorious and problem-free!
