A Town Just Named Bigfoot As Its Official Animal

There's a 2,500-person town called Whitehall in upstate New York.  And their city council just unanimously voted to name BIGFOOT as the town's official animal.

Apparently there were some Bigfoot sightings in the town in 1976 . . . they already have a statue of Bigfoot and an annual festival in his honor . . . and now they're trying to take their relationship with him even further to attract more tourists.
