Woman Sues Canada Dry Ginger Ale After Ingredients Don’t Say “Ginger”

Julie Fletcher’s a New York woman has a serious beef with Canada Dry Ginger Ale. On the can, it clearly reads “Made From Real Ginger,” but then Fletcher read the ingredients. They say “carbonated water, high-fructose corn syrup, citric acid, preservatives, and ‘natural flavors’.” Part of those “natural flavors” is a “miniscule amount of a ginger flavor extract.” As a result, Fletcher’s now suing the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group for “unspecified damages” for their misleading “hoax.”
