Jack Sparrow Impersonator Splits From 300-Year-Old Pirate Ghost Husband

It’s safe to say that Amanda Sparrow from Belfast, Ireland is a pirate superfan. Between getting a name change, replica tattoos, dreadlocks and gold teeth, she’s spent almost $7,000 to become the perfect Jack Sparrow impersonator. But it turns out the iconic “Pirates Of The Caribbean” character played by Johnny Depp isn’t her only connection to pirates… she was married to one, too.

Back in February, Amanda claims to have gotten married to a 300-year-old ghost of a Haitian man. She says that after he first visited her while she was lying in bed in 2014, she eventually learned that he was an 18th-century pirate named “Jack.” Besides spending a ton of time “communicating,” she says they share the commonality of both having been married before.

The two were legally married by a shaman priest... but now she’s parted with her “soul” mate. She’s posted to social media to share the news, and also give people a warning. “I will explain in due course but for now all I want to say is be VERY careful when dabbling in spirituality,” she writes, according to the Irish Mirror“It’s not something to mess with.”
