It's the start of the New Year, and lots of people are dieting, but one author has a slightly different diet idea for you. Ruby Warrington, author of Sober Curious, suggests you cut out alcohol. She advises that you don't need to do so forever, but rather you should rethink your relationship with alcohol. She explains she coined the term 'sober curious' after she realized that while she was not an alcoholic, she was using booze to socialize more comfortably and suppress her feelings. She also adds that if you are worried about missing alcohol you should pick up a new hobby, or make plans to grab brunch instead of dinner.
