WTF?

Doctors in Taiwan found four "sweat" bees in a woman's eye socket drinking her tears. The patient was pulling weeds with a relative when the insects got into her eye. Doctors who removed the bees said the patient suffered a bacterial skin infection and inflammation of the cornea because the bees ate from her eye for four hours. The sweat bees are known to be attracted to perspiration and treat humans as a salt lick. The woman is expected to make a full recovery.
