Hurricane warnings have been issued along the Gulf Coast, including New Orleans, as the storm continues to move north. The state is bracing for its fifth impact from a named storm of the season after Zeta emerged over the Gulf of Mexico on Tuesday. While a quick-moving Zeta will keep the heavy rainfall threat on the move, it will also help bring strong wind gusts well inland.
