HOOBASTANK RELEASE LYRIC VIDEO FOR 'MORE BEAUTIFUL'

Hoobastank will release their new album, Push Pull, on May 25th on Napalm Records. The group recently released a lyric video for the set's first song, 'More Beautiful."  The new project is the group's first offering since 2012's Fight or Flight and was produced by the band and Matt Wallace.

The group has always prided itself on putting out quality music and in the past lead singer, Doug Robb explained exactly why that was so important. He said: "I do not mind being a band that's known for their music and not for their, like, their off-the-stage shenanigans or their image or whatever. You know, I mean, because, long from now, no one's gonna remember that crap. It's always gonna be, you know, about the music."

Push Pull is currently available for pre-order.

FAST FACTS:

  • Push Pull will be the group's sixth studio album and their second since parting ways with Island Records in 2012.
  • To date Hoobastank has sold over 10 million records worldwide.

SLIPKNOT LOOKING TO RELEASE NEW ALBUM IN 2019

Slipknot lead singer Corey Taylor recently shared that the group is hoping to release a new album next year. He told Billboard.com, "The guys are writing tons of music and I've written lyrics to almost all of it and we're going to start trying to put together demos here and there with the time off that I have and really try to get ahead of the curve as far as what happens next. I know that we're gonna try and put an album out next year. However, that is all speculation. The best way to make God laugh is to announce your plans out loud. So I'm just going with the flow. The plan right now is next year but that is a huge plan because we still haven’t narrowed anything down, so we will definitely see what happens."
