Marilyn Manson just got a new acting gig. He’s joined the cast of HBO’s ”The New Pope,” follow-up to the hit series “The Young Pope.”
So far, there’s no word on who he’ll play in Paolo Sorrentino’s new anthology series – hardly any details about the show have been revealed. But judging from some of the first images of the upcoming show, he’ll play a version of his rocker persona.
According to Variety, Manson will guest star alongside Sharon Stone. The outlet also reports that some of the characters from the first season will return.
