A man in Germany was recently cautioned by police after he was spotted riding his scooter naked and wearing just a helmet. The man was cautioned as temperatures soared across Europe because of a Saharan bubble.
Officers tweeted an image of the man, suggesting he had stripped off because of the hot weather.
