Hopefully you won't ever need to know the answer to this question: Does a DEAD BODY count as a passenger so you can drive in the carpool lane?
A hearse driver in Las Vegas thought so . . . and when he was pulled over on Monday for driving solo in the carpool lane, he said he thought the dead body he was transporting counted as a passenger.
Unfortunately for him, it doesn't . . . but the trooper who pulled him over let him off with a warning.
