More Exercise Means a Better Sex Life


According to a new study, there's a direct connection between older people's sex lives and their exercise levels. The better cardio shape you're in, the better your blood flow . . . and that includes blood flow to your naughty parts.

And it's not just for older people . . . younger people who get in 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week are less likely to have sexual dysfunction.
