Emotional Support Clowns are a thing

A New Zealand man was told he could bring a support person to a meeting with his bosses at an ad agency, so he chose to hire a clown.

Joshua Jack suspected the meeting was set up to fire him, so he decided to make it humorous. It’s tradition in the country to be allowed to bring a family member or friend to the session. Jack didn’t see the point in that.

While Jack was being told his services were no longer needed, the clown was making balloon animals and, well, doing what clowns do. His bosses were amused, but it didn’t save Jack’s job.

No worries though, Jack is now employed by the competitor for the company.
