WACO, Texas (KWTX) - James Barnes, 22, a former Baylor University student arrested in the bizarre case of two dead cats found hanging from a utility line, killed both cats with a pellet gun and recorded himself throwing the cats over the line, an arrest warrant affidavit states.
Barnes was arrested on May 30 in Waco and charged with cruelty to a non-livestock animal.
